I bought a car here with karz plus with Freddy , I live in north California and karz plus is in south Cali , Freddy made the purchase of the vehicle super smooth, Freddy was super nice and anything I had questions on he was their to help me out , all I had to do was fly out and sign papers. Definitely recommend this dealership , speak to Freddy from sales definitely won’t regret it (: .

I’m so grateful for KP, I’ve had a few friends get cars from here within the past few years and have all had good experiences so when my time came to shop around I wanted to check it out. I stopped by Thursday evening and Stephen was amazing, literally did the impossible, stuck within my budget and answered all my questions (my first car purchase so I had a list) I planned on returning a few days later to finalize everything/test drive and he had found an even lower rate on my monthly payments. Very professional, yet personable, overall you can see the investment these guys put into their work!

This is the worse car lot ever DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KARZ PLUS. This company sold my daughter a car and she has had this car about 6 months and she hasn't been able to drive for a straight month yet, first the head gasket, then they claimed they gave her a new engine only to have the check engine light pop on as soon as she got the car back, my has so much time from work that she has barely been able to pay her rent and KARZ PLUS don't even care. I'm contacting the better business bureau and trying to find her a lawyer because it's not right for her to be stuck making payments on a car that she can't even drive, I'm gonna try to get in touch with a few people who have given this company bad reviews and try to get this place shut down unless they take some responsibility for these lemons they are selling out kids

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sell Lemons and don’t even care! I had bought a car from them and in less than a month the entire engine needed to be replaced! Not to mention just rude customer service! I’ve communicated with 4 different people over there and none of them were on the same page about anything! Total lack of communication! Please, take my advice and stay away from this place!!!!! Oh yea, I know they haven’t fix the issue yet but they already have the car listed again. Please be aware!!

Inspect your Vehicle before buying, I bought car and my air bags don’t work. I’ve been driving everyday and if I get in an accident I’ll probably die. It’s been months and they still havnt help me replace my airbags and sold it to me messed up. I asked them about it and said don’t worry it’s fine no big deal we will take care of it. Months later my life still in danger. Make sure if anything is wrong with car do not listen to there word. They have proven it isn’t any good. My windows stop working, my sunroof wouldn’t work they so called fix it and now my sunroof it stuck open. Not only that it’s raining outside. I’m debating getting lawyer it’s out of hand. Please beware the kind of service they provide. I brought my car in to get looked at and I was left stranded at park with my family and kids, they had me sitting around waiting for them and ndont care about you only about another sale. Go somewhere else believe me. I literally had to take a bus to go get my car and ended up ubering home. Man if it’s not one thing it’s another and don’t rely on them for help. Don’t buy car with there promises saying they will fix it

I've had a great experience with the Karz Plus Team and Stephen Fuentes in particular. Early on when I was still just gathering info, Stephen was very responsive to my questions and took time to help me understand what would be needed to overcome the obstacles to getting a deal worked out. So when it was time to make a purchase I was happy to come in and speak with Stephen to see what kind of deal he work out for me. All I can say is that Stephen is quite good at this and managed to secure an offer for me that was better than I had hoped for. I left that afternoon with the car I wanted at a better rate than expected and a big smile :) Thanks Stephen and thanks to the Karz Plus Team!
